Request for cancellation of services must be done 60 days in advance in writing via email to: info@calhountrash.com or mailed to PO Box 31200, Washington DC, 20030.  The notice must include customer name, service address, email address (if applicable), telephone number and termination date.  Once we received we will confirm receipt and acknowledgement of your service request.
